Bell's Iceman Cometh Challenge is one of the country's largest point-to-point mountain bike races, running roughly 30 miles of two-track and trail from the Kalkaska Airport to Timber Ridge Resort near Traverse City. The weekend also includes the SRAM Ice Cycle EXPO and races for various skill levels. Its late-fall timing and unpredictable weather draw thousands of riders and spectators from across the region.
